I received a message on my phone saying to avoid an appearance before a magistrate or grand jury for a federal criminal offense, i needed to call back at 315.207.3994 to get a case number and speak to a federal agent.  This is their final attempt to contact me.  I have received this same message from another number previously.  I have blocked the numbers, but they keep cropping up using other numbers.  I wish there was a way to cut these people off!  I don't answer unidentified calls, nor do I call them back, but it is annoyingly!

Received this automated call threatening me with legal action if I didn't call them right back.  Said it was an IRS case.  I knew it was bogus when at the end the voice said "if you don't call, all I can say is . . . good luck"   I'm sure the IRS ends all its calls that way.
