phone call

Recieved two voicemails today.  Both stating that it's my final warning; "I" must respond or will be arrested.   (No names were used). Both were a computerized voice.  Second call said "There is a lawsuit which is going to be filed in federal claim courthouse within a couple of hours and the local County Sheriff is going to arrest you for five criminal allegations. So before this matter goes to the courthouse and you get arrested, kindly get back to us at 315-207-3779. I repeat 315-207-3779. Now, if you don't return the call then the only thing that I can do is wish you good luck." I have now been  threatened by a computer.

Received a message from them stating that there was a federal case against me and this was the final attempt to reach me.  It said I needed to call this number back to get my case number or speak to a federal agent.  Clearly this is a SCAM.  I am tempted to call back and mess around with them before I report them to the FCC

I got the same voicemail just a few minutes ago. Is this a scam? Or should i really call them back?

Yep grand jury  fed can be arrested FUNNY called back .They are say the IRS  but of course can not understand the lady so i asked again you said IRS right she said yes so then i asked in the United States. And she hung up on me WHY OH WHY..
