Received 3 calls today.  Caller ID shows Oswego, NY.     The message says "there is a lawsuit which is going to file  in federal claim court house within a couple hours and the local county sheriff is going to arrest you for 5 criminal allegations, so before this matter goes to the court house and you get arrested kindly get back to us at 315-207-3694 I repeat 315-207-3694.  Now, if you don't return the call then the only thing I can do is wish you good luck."   Another message, which only part of it recorded, says  "will be an intentional second attempt to avoid a initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a   grand jury  for a federal criminal offense.  Now this is the final attempt to reach you.  To know your case number and to speak to a federal agent call back on 315-207-3694 I repeat 315-207-3694 thank you.

Left a message that this is a second attempt to contact,me.  I need to call 315-207-3694 to speak to a federal agent and get a case number  to avoid having to appear before a magistrate.

Called three times in a row. When I answered it was silent and then the call disconnected. I called back and an Indian man said it was the IRS and asked for my case number. I told him they called and hung up on me. He asked who hung up on me. I said I didn't know because no one ever spoke. He said something that sounded like "Let me call you from my fax" and then hung up.
Obviously scammers.

i have received several calls from this number. The message they left was somewhat intimidating! I returned the call and the man said I was going to be arrested for tax fraud within a couple of hours. When I asked for additional information he acted strange. I hung up on him!
Something needs to be done about these crazy weird people calling...scare calls!!

I have received numerous calls from this number and one voice mail that was completely inaudible and garbled.  That's when I returned the call.  I also talked with someone that sounded to be from India, he said I would be arrested for tax evasion if I didn't pay immediately.  I said I don't believe you and hung up.  The very next day I got another call that when into voice mail and a woman's mechanical voice said "all I can say is good luck when you are arrested."
