Scammer threatening on (recorded) message to be the IRS coming out to arrest me.

I did not answer.  They left a voice message that they were filing a lawsuit.  For more information on the case call that number.

Claimed to be IRS... left recording... genuine SCAMMER... do not answer...

Claimed they were the IRS filing suit against me.  Couldn't possibly be real claim.

I received a call from this number this morning, but I did not answer it.  The caller immediately called me again, neither did I answer it the second time.  Out of curiosity I called number to see who could be so persistent.  As it was not a number that I recognized.  After dialing the number from another line, the phone did not ring- there was absolutely no ring tone.  I then decided to see if it was a scam number...  Sure enough it is.  The call came from Adams, NY.  No voicemail message was left.
