Said I owe money for an account back in 2012....but wouldn't send information said will need to pay first

Called looking for my nephew.  Said it was about "order of action".  This is a bill collector

Terrie Hickman called me claiming I owe money on an old bill..she claimed that i will be getting my wages garnished if i dont pay! She stated that they have made several attempts to reach me so if i dont pay up Now they will start the process..I recieved No previous calls from these people..she placed me on a confrence call with someone else to settle for less than the original amount she claimed i owed, and said if i agree to set up a payment arrangement then they will stop the garnishment..these people have my account information and have been taking money from my account whenever, and however much they want..

Scam get a letter first tape all calls also than report them
