Rude, obnoxious representatives refusing to reveal the name of their business as well as the firms they may represent. Inflexible and unwilling to listen or reason.

884-3199 appears to be a group of debt collectors.  They refer to themselves, grandiosely, as "agents."  They refuse to give any information about who they are other than to identify themselves as a company involved in "pre-litigation investigation".  One name that my client was given was "Kerlin Heath [ph]".  Another agent identified himself as "Agent Walker".
