It is a collection agency that collects for emergency rooms--not sure if they have other clients but the blood suckers definitely are collecting for medical.

I received a call from this number, my caller ID said it was from TOG I didn't answer, not knowing who it was. My out-going message on my answering machine clearly says to leave a "clear and audible message". Well, they left a message so soft and low in volume that it was inaudible! To heck with TOG.
