They call themselves "GB Financial" -- Just the newest latest "extortion-by-phone" scam. Same set-up & spiel as always: They call & leave a threatening scary message; You call back & they claim that you allegedly owe money on some vague mysterious debt or loan from 3-5-10 years ago; This is your final chance to pay them over the phone, otherwise face serious charges, which they will file upon your refusal to pay ASAP.....It's all BS. As soon as you start asking questions, they become defensive & evasive. It's easier for them to hang up on you, cut bait, & move on to another fish. Incidentally, they come up on Caller ID as "Total Health", which means they they are using the spoofed number of a defunct company......

These people have called me about a satisfied pay day loan for years from various phone numbers. They call my friends and family too. Not sure why it's taken them 6 years to serve those papers to my home or place of business though.

Yep. Old scam using a new number. Notice how the dates of these posts are pretty new....at this time.
