Calling to renew my fre subscription to CIO magazine.  I declined.

I don't answer any call that shows no name.  This is one of them.  I am glad to check here to know what is this about.

Its the Career Institute.  The hook you up with some of the best On Line Universities in America, or so they say!

I did not answer, they did not leave message.

Called back, recorded answer indicated it was an offer related to a free publication I allegedly have received, but no more specific than that, and asked to leave name and numbers if I wanted to be removed from their calling list. Since they did not specifically identify who they were (and I do not know if I can trust them), I saw no point into providing them information that I do not even know if they have.

They just called. I answered the phone and then no one spoke on the end of the line. The Called ID had the phone number and Saint Louis, MO.
