I have a Panasonic phone that will pick up the call and give the scammers a busy signal. I'm sick of them calling and harrassing even though I just got this number a month ago, so there is no way I gave them my number. It must be a robo-dialer.

This and other numbers, all identified by caller ID as Bank of America (in one form or another) keep calling asking for the same person who doesn't, and never did, live here.  How do I get our phone number out of their system?
