Got my first call from this number (actually showed up on my cellphone caller ID as 13146272834) - caller did not leave voice-mail.

I think this is a continuing source of "crap" calls originating from outside the country that uses lots of local exchanges to get around "do not call". They are just fishing for rubes. I program my phone to not respond to these numbers when they call. You can tell they are fishing because they never leave a message so they are really not legitimate businesses. Your milage may vary but I suggest to never, never respond to this type of caller.

Constant call and hang ups.

It's the same guy from 503-563-0989 saying it is the Do Not Call Registry if you're getting calls from that # too.  I called 888-382-1222 and reported it as unwanted calls
