Somebody phishing for a contact, only a first name given and looking for a fictitious employee. I told him the guy was dead.

314-529-5441 calls continuously asking for us to look up people in our directory that they've called many times before for them to solicit their product to. Our IT department told me to forward the calls to a fax line when they come in to discourage the calls. They are relentless and don't care if they're taking up your company's time to search names for them. I can see the number on our caller ID; I either don't answer it or sent them to the IT Fax line.

The caller wanted me to verify a lot of personal information. Said he was sending a one time email to my IT Department. When I questioned him about who he was and why I would give him any information, he hung up on me. I think he said the company was CTO or something similar.
