They call and leave no message!

I get 3 or 4 calls a week, usually in the afternoon (3:00 to 4:00 EST) and no one is on the line when I answer.  I tried calling back to see how the calling line was answered and all I got was "all representatives are busy now; your call will be answered in the order it was received."  The live person said, "Good afternoon, how may I help you?"  I just maintained my silence - turnabout IS fair play, after all.

I get a call at 3 or 4 each afternoon; caller ID says CONSUMERCOLLECT.  No one is ever on the line.  I called back hoping for a commercial answer and got a "all representatives busy" recording.  I waited for a live person who answered, "Hello, this is Don", he identified himself as the receptionist.  He said the company is Consumer Collection Management and it is a collection agency located in Westport, MO.  He said they were trying to reach my daughter who no longer lives with me.  When I told him I got no recording identifying the company, he feigned surprise and said he would report that to management.

They called and harassed me about an old Ameren UE bill, they were degrading and demanded personal information, such as my current address, date of birth, checking information, ect.
