They say that they are a law company and you are currently being sued.

This was the 2nd call from this number. The 1st call they said the needed my brother, they knew his name, to call them back. Was led to believe they were a law firm and my brother was part of a class action lawsuit. Didn't have him call them. Figured it was a scam since they called me and not him.

The 2nd call was tonight. Saying they needed my brother to call them. When questioned further, (a woman in the background was feeding the caller what to say) said they were trying to collect a debt. Same number and 2 different companies. They got busted out.

Rec'd a call from 314-492-5031 the person said his name was Justin Roberts? He did not give me the name of the company or a reason why he was calling. When I called back it was his voice message with his name only.
