Call from a company claiming the FBI reports a break in every 15 minutes and they will install security systems in exchange for putting a sign in your yard.

This telemarketer starts with a message stating, "The FBI...." and prompts the person to hit #1 a few times for more info, then takes you to a young man claiming to be with a company called "Security Services" wanting to install a home alarm system.  They are violating FCC laws and have been reported, but they've managed to exist by using throw away phone numbers.

Rec call from this number, they r very persistant. Was called on parents cell phone, they were almost rude, guaranteeing e would have a break in if we did not buyinto what they were selling.

i got a call i dint answer and i located it and tracked it i had a voicemail it sounded like breathing in the phone

Received a call, 02:21 p.m. E.S.T. on my cell phone.  

Saw that it was from a number that I did not recognize.  

Hit the Ignore button, they did not leave a message.  

Have to love that Ignore button!
