Any ideas who this might be?

First time I've gotten this callback number.  I've had the same robotic voice, with different snippets pasted together, for months.  They hope their threats will get someone to call them so that they can get money. Obvious phish.

They call from a local number (on caller ID) and tell you to call this number thats in St Louis!? and its snippets of a man's recorded voice pieced together with a robotic voice. very unprofessional, generic message. they don't state who they are or company name.
