I have an eFax account.  They sent an email spoofing the eFax incoming Fax notification with a ZIP attached (red flag, don't open). This phone # was indicated as the "call back" #, so this phone # is "making the rounds" - unfortunate for "Fasttrans" (apparently the official owner of this phone #) since they'll get "blacklisted".  That happened to my email account, I'm on a block list because of a hijacking of my email name.
