Got a call from this number awhile ago and they did not leave any message. Probably political due to caller ID that came up

Got a call from this number and they didn't leave a message, must have been very important call.  If it is Claire McCaskill  why doesn't she respect the fact that people are on the NOCALL list because they don't want to be bothered by people they don't know and don't want to know.  Lost two votes at our number.
