This number has been calling me for a week or so. I don't answer. The number comes up on caller ID as "Metro St Louis" so I think it is a T-Mobile cell phone.

In my area (at least) this is a number inquiring about non-bill payment fot more than two months (from MSD). I called the 1-800 number on my sewer bill and paid in full, this was just a reminder call.
