I just got one signed by "Kayla",how creepy. Glad for this site and people like you who have already posted, so I could look it up right away.I would  have wondered about for a while. I hope this company reads these posts and stops doing this.

found note on house next to mailbox that read "Dropped By,We Need to Tal.Please give me a call .314-301-8847 No Name?No reason? called number No Answer just answering maching saying users mail box was full and could not take any new messages?Very Strange! the Owner of this Phone number Should get the Phone services removed

There was a sticky note on my mailbox. "I dropped by, we need to talk.  Please give me a call. 314-301-8847".  Appears to be a solicitation.  So I tried looking up the number.  I think they want you to call this number, that way it appears you solicited them.  They can then start their harrassing phone calls.

Based on your post, I would guess that you have a golden opportunity to stick it to a scammer.

Contact the Postal Inspectors.  Make sure you explain that they used your mailbox in posting the message, and that this appears to be a scam activity.

You can reach the Postal Inspectors through your local post office, or you can file a complaint through their web site.  Since this is a local event, I suggest going through your post office for a more immediate response.

A post-it note was on my storm door.  with the same message as above.  I went to this site and saw the info here.  It must be a sales gimmick..  west St. Louis MO
