This company has a Canadian server, it appears for a split second through a I'd caller app I have that filters calls.

This is a money grab scam. They are not a debt collector, they are scamming people out of money. Do not give them a credit card number. If they tell you they are collecting on a debt from charter, att whoever, hang up and call that company directly. Thank god i did, because it is a total scam. Be leary of these type of phone calls especially around the holidays.

It's a call from rent- a -center. They will harass you all day, every minute on the clock. It hurts their feelings if you are an hour late on the bill, as if the company is going to burn down if you miss one payment.
