Caller ID shows up as Unknown Name, Google Search for the phone number comes up as R L Brandstest, 3773 Corporate Centre Drive, Earth City, MO 63045-1130. (There is no listing for a company by this name in the Corporations Registry of the Missouri Secretary of State).

Call the number and you'll get NATIONAL ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS... I guess they believe that masking their caller ID with a false name is an acceptable practice... They've got quite a reputation as a not quite by the rules debt collector... check them out on google.
