I have been getting the call from this same number.  I haven't taken a payday loan from anyone. Not in 2013 or any other time.  I told the guy I just lost my job and I'm about to be homeless.  So go ahead an take me to court.  If I got to jail at least I will have a place to say and food to eat.  Not too happy about that.  Sorry, not just going to give them more information.  A payday loan or collection agency can not threaten to take you to court it is against the law.  The is a scam.  I have been getting these calls for years.  They won't give you their information to the company.  The number they give you is another person working within the scam operation to make you think it is real.

Calls once per day and does not leave a voicemail, claims they are from "PTI Services" and threaten with legal action over a non-existent payday loan.  Calls are now blocked.

I rec'd a recorded message from a James Allan of PTI Services stating I owed money for a payday loan I took out, of which I have never rec'd.

If they call you DO NOT give them money. This is a scam and the 2nd company to attack me with this.

First, if you're being sued, you'll receive papers via mail or summons, but never over the phone.

I'm trying to figure out who to contact at the FBI to slap cuffs on these thieves for scaring all of us.

I just got the same message. I get this call once a week and they are always different names but they say the same thing. One caller even said he was at my house. I was home and no one came by. I wish they would just stop calling.

Received a message from this company saying they were going to sue me if I didn't call them back and pay them for something I never owed. . I recorded the call and called them back and once they heard I had the call recorded and they had violated the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act, they hung up on me. I Called back 7 times and they hung up. then I got through to their recording and played their illegal message back on their recording to prove I had their message and I would sue them for violation of FDCPA. They seem to get afraid if they find out I know the law and how they violated it.
