I received a voicemail message from someone purporting to be "Kate Armstrong" from US Bank.  The message was garbled, but I heard her name, the number to call (314-220-9915) and something about "authorize."  I called the number this morning and the person who answered did not answer with "US Bank, how may I help you?" or any other business greeting.  I am highly skeptical that I received a genuine call from an authorized representative of US Bank.  Just thought this information should be available to others in case they have received similar calls recently.
