This is Regions Bank using the name Gary Bollman to disguise their number

coolhandluke2010 got it right. If you have a loan or mortgage with Regions Bank then this 'guy' calls you under that name to trick you to pick up. It is from their Collections if you have not paid by the Due date. Even if you are in the grace period, whatever it is, 10 or 15 days, they will call because to them they consider the loan payment past due and taken into Collections.

We are on a DO NOT CALL LIST.  NO ONE IS EVER HOME DURING THE HOURS OF 6:00 am-9:00 pm.  If there is a message to leave and NOT JUST HARASSMENT PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE.
