Received a call from the number at 5:41am, but I didn't answer and no message was left. Prior to this number calling, I also received a call from an unknown number just minutes before, not sure if that's somehow related to this, but it was the same, I let it ring and no voicemail was left.

A professional, well-spoken gentleman identified himself as calling from Equifax on a recorded line for a verbal verification of employment.  Our firm needs for these requests to be submitted in writing and faxed, so I gave him the instructions.  We receive this kind of inquiry often, so it's legitimate.  The selections under Call Type don't apply here.

Called many times over & over & never a person on the other end, just beeping.

Called and left a message with a reference number, wanted to verify employment on someone, couldn't understand all that this woman said because she spoke so fast.

I have received 4 calls from this number in the last 30 minutes. I answered the first two and only heard a signal.
