I got calls from this phone number (looking at my calling history) on 9/27/13 at 12:31pm, 9/23/13 at 2:41pm, and 9/19/13 at 9:32am.  In all cases they hung up a few seconds after I picked up, with a recorded voice saying "good bye."

Got this call a few minutes ago.  I answered and got a recording that said "good bye" and then it hung up.
