By now phone number 31404590 has terrorized me for over a weeek. After second time I searched the annoying number on Yellow Pages. Yellow Pages says it is a number used for phone marketing services. Every time I pick up the call, all I get to do is say «hello», then they break the line. If I dont answer, they call me up hours later the very same day, then hang up when I answer.
I saved the number in my phonebook as "The Terrorist". Next day "The Terrorist" called me, I picked up the phone and then I...didnt say a word, then they finally didnt hang up right away. A female voice said «hello», but she hang up when I didnt answer. In the other end in the background it sounded like a room full of people talking.
A friend said to me maybe there is computers which automatically calls up several numbers at the same time. Then when someone answer, other calls will automatically breaks because the operator is busy with someone else. I dunno, but it seems weird since when I didnt say someting, then that lady answered me. It seems like it is a phone operator who likes to terrorize. Also weird since my phone number is guarded against such marketing activity on the official list.
