If your phone has a "number block" feature, use it to stop the number from calling you.

This number shows up on caller ID as Com Choice Fina. After several calls on our work phones, we now know not to answer because they hang up as soon as you answer. Several of us at work have called the number back but it always has a busy signal. It appears that they are calling all our phone numbers at random. No way to block from a company line.
