Calls but no message

I receive phone calls quite often from this phone number to my cell phone and no one ever leaves a message.  I do not answer unknown calls to my cell phone unless someone leaves a voice mail and I determine that a return call is ok. I want to report calls from this phone number as harassment.

Called no message. The name comes up as Olivia Begeman. I call her back but she either picks up and then hangs up or nevers answers. Guess calling late she must be sleeping.

Rec'd numerous calls from this number & name of Olivia Begeman appears.  Figured it must be telemarketing, never leaves msg.  I don't answer of return calls unless I know caller, or they identify & state purpose.

Olivia Begeman calls to say she represents Medicare for seniors. Reported her to police department.
