Seems not based on location, besides staying in the US.
3 AT&T and 1 TMobile(pay as you go).
Newly activated AT&Ters seem to get this often.

To any other posters, please include your provider so that maybe we can learn some information on why this particular number has been calling cell phones today.

got a freaking call again from this number these people have the nerve to call you at any time of day or nght i am so sick of it........call back and nothing tried to send a text nothing can not call number.

Automated message. Claims they'll pay me to let them post a sign in my front yard. Michigan Bell Tel Co - Complain to them too, and maybe they'll shut them down.

Called it back 20 minutes after receiving 2 back to back call and it said the number has been disconnected.  

I'm on the do not call list, oh no...please tell me that didn't expire!

Got a call from this number with no one on the other end.  They hung up after a few seconds of silence.  When I tried to call the number back to see what it was about, I got a message saying the number had been disconnected.
