I got this same text message from my own phone number last night.  I do not have an account with this bank.  I didn't get an answer when I called the number either.

I got this exact same message from a differnt phone number: 313-887-1339. Its frustrating not to be able to block calls on a cell. That might help stop this sort of thing. I also assume this is the same group of people who were calling from Pakistan or somewhere to offer me free gas just for verifying my credit information with them.
This is becoming a HUGE nuisance. I don't know who to complain to, but it eats up cell minutes and its total BS in the process. I'm thinking the Michigan Attorney General may be my next contact about these calls. Others should do the same.

Got a call: "COOP Services CU: Your CARD starting with 4626 has been DEACTIVATED. Please contact us at 313-887-9740 to REACTIVATE your CARD."

Got the same message.
