Did not say anything when I answered.

This is from a collection agency.  Usually the same hood rat [***] keeps calling.  It's over a $14.00 bill Dr's office didn't bill other ins. for and turned it over.  Needless to say we don't deal with them anymore!  

I received a call from this number a few times, they have all my information.
