This is Midwest Fidelity. They are a collection agency for payday loans. It seems to be a legitimate call; they are just calling from a number that has the same area code as your cell phone. They also have an 800 number.

I answered the call and I believe the lady said she was with Fidelity Investments. I told her I would call her back. I don't do business with or have any association with Fidelity.
