Just received a call from this number, sounded like someone on the line but they didn't speak.

I scanned and called this number, It's a exchange

I have received two unwanted phone calls from this company which tries to get me to re-subscribe to Star Magazine.  The more recent call I received today was from Amber, whom I believe was the previous caller as well.  She represented that she processed a check from my checking account and re-activated my subscription.  When I told her I never issued that check and did not authorize it, she hung up on me.  I called Star and they said it may be a 3rd party distributor who is trying to get a subscription from me.  Star said it was not authorized to do so on behalf of Star.  I tried calling them back and keep getting an error message saying that weather conditions would not allow the call to go through to Ameritech.

After the previous call, I called back and got Amber as well.  She denied speaking with me only seconds earlier when she hung up on me.

I am filing a complaint with the FCC and the local US Attorney for mail fraud.

I have received numerous calls from this number at all times of the day and night.  No message is ever left and when I answer there is no one there for a few seconds then it disconnects.
