Called my 82 year old father to convince him to switch from Michiagn Gas to another company promising a 10% discount. The caller - Mr. Turner - said he was calling from Michigan Gas and asked for my father's account number and other pieces of information.

Called to offer me a 10 percent discount on my gas bill because of my "excellent payment history". Repeatedly asked how he knew my payment history. The caller hung up.
Didn't find out the name of the gas company. Shows as "Accatel" on caller id --- but I think Accatel is an IP phone service provider.
