They call my phone multiple times per day!, then dont answer.
I call the number back and get a recording that says:WAIT while we transfer your call and then I get a fast busy signal. I blocked them on my call reject list but.....they still get through some how.

Ano automated call happening over and over.  It is claiming that it is about lowering interest on a credit card that they don't specify.  Every time it is considered my last warning.  This has come from a California number as well.
