I keep getting constant calls from this number. I o not answer because as soon as I say hello, there's silence and then they hang up.

They just called me also and when I answered there was silence for about 10 seconds as I said hello? 3 times, then they hung up. When I called back twice, my phone cancelled the call so I blocked the number.
