Didn't pick up but, five rings and hangs up. No message left. Probably a robo call routed through a number not on any list?

Just called my cell and didn't leave a message. Internet search said it belongs to Shemika Smith out of Detroit, MI. If they are calling me, I can only assume it is a telemarketer.
