"John" sounded like a real person but could not be interrupted so I hung up on him. I called the number right back and got an outbound message referring to the call as a survey and that it was completed. But the original call didn't sound like a survey, it sounded like a solicitor. The message instructed me to press 9 to be removed from their call list, which I did.
