Got a call from this number but nobody on the other end when answered.

Received a call from this number. No voicemail left. Called the number back and it gave me a recording and said "That if I want to be removed from the list to press 9" after I did that it hung up.

Got a call at 9:15 this morning from this number. Did not answer it, no voice mail message left. Says it comes from Detroit. I'm sure it is some sort of scam. I blocked the number on my phone.
