Definitely a bad player. This number called my cell.   When called back I received a recording asking for date of birth, social security number and full name under the guise of the "opt out" program.  I hadn't called the "do not call" number for over a year.  Very slick recorded voice but I believe it's a more sophisticated version of Phishing.

The latest variation on the "Rachel" "Card Services" scam. They don't call themselves Card Services or use the "Heather" or "Rachel" recordings, but it's the same criminal scam.

It was an automated message asking if you or a loved one suffered blod clots from taking a certain medication - to dial 1 for this.... and to dial 9 to be removed.  I dialed 9 but nothing happened.
