Called and they said could flip $200 in to $2500. I give them money through Western Union. They call and say its doing through and he is on the phone with customer service... Let's just say, I am not seeing my money anytime soon.

It is ILLEGAL to have to pay in order to get a loan, grant, or prize. This is a SCAM!! Money sent by Western Union is the same as cash--untraceable.
