Just got a call from 313-406-8237. They didn't leave a message. I called the number back and it's a dead number. How do these flakes get away with this and what is their devious purpose in calling numbers with the intent on hanging up and never connecting with the person they called? Scammers.

Thanks! Makes sense, but why not leave a message and let me know who they are?
