I recieved a call on 12/15 from the same number. It was a woman stated she was calling from Onstar.She stated she was updating my account and wanted my credit card information. I did not provide the requested information. I knew it was suspicious call because I already spoke to a representative over the weekend. I explained I do not provide this type of information over the phone and hung up on her. I have never recieved a call from Onstar like this before.

This is a company claiming to be on-star, I called from another phone and asked them to remove me from their calling list. Their number comes back as HIV Testing, which probably intentionally causes people to either answer the call or panic.

I recieved several calls from this number over the past week and they would always not say anything when I answered. When I finally spoke to someone they claimed to be from onstar. He kept trying to get my credit card information and when I refused and said I'll do it online because I received the letter he was very adamant about me not doing it online and for him to call me back. That's when I knew something was weird! So I looked it up and saw all of this!
