Said something like "I'm Joshua from the service department.  Can you hear me?  You were one a few chosen to get a free vacation..."  I hung up right there.
Note:  When someone asks a question like Can you hear me?, don't answer Yes; just say No or Why.  That in itself is a clue for you to hang up.
