number called me and did not say anything, upon calling back there are no options except to take yourself off the DNC list

Caller-ID displayed "Service Rewards." Unable to answer. Caller did not leave a message on answering machine.
A few minutes later, 321-357-2030 called and did not leave a message. Caller-ID displayed "Name Not Found."

Trying to sell an alarm system. They continue to call and change the phone numbers they call from. When you press 9 to be removed from the list, they just hang up on you. They call every day.

go to www.donotcall.gov and register their number. No one is allowed to solicit with recorded messages, even if you are no on the registry (which you should be). Turn them in every time they call, because they prosecute based on the number of complaints.
