These J*casses. good god I hope they get hit by a train

I receive calls from this number. My phone identifies the pho number and I do not answer.Have received numerous calls  from un identified numbers and  for the past month., but I never answer.  How can
I stop this annoyance?

Phone number 313.355.3255 shows up as "Illegal Scam" on my caller I.D.

After years of masquerading as legitimate entities, the direct approach is sure
worth a try: "Illegal Scam." Now, how about all those 'legal' scams?
