Got a call from someone who spoke with an accent, claimed to be from DTE offering a discount, I asked where she were calling from, she said Pennsylvania even though it was a 313 number.

Called mid day, I picked up but sat silently, nothing for 15 seconds, then the caller disconnected. Obviously a robo-dialer for some spam call. WIll be adding this to my block list.
