It is a scam claiming civil charges have been filed against you. I can not get them to stop calling....help....already on do not call list.

They have been calling me too ! I blocked the number, by the way this number is on a cyber crime list.

Received a call to my cell. A recorded male voice said "this call is intended for (pause) late bill" then went on about charges have been filed against, the pause I guess. What a crock and annoyance!

Got a call from this number telling me about a complaint/ fraud division  Case number CAP 21747 and I can avoid it by calling.  Wouldn't that nice if the law gave you a heads up before they came to lock you away.  LOL  Tells me I have been warned! I would call but I would probably have to give them my SS Number to verify whom they had called.  What jokers,  do they think people are really that stupid?

Got the same call at almost 9:00pm last night recorded message that I needed to contact the process and summons division for fraudulent activity on an account. They never actually state the company name and it sounds like a scam to get personal information. They gave me a case # but from looking at other web pages everyone has the same case #.
